Wedding Price Guide 2025

Please see below a guide to my wedding fees for 2025. Please note, if you are more than an hour's drive (or 50 miles away), I may need to include a slight surcharge to cover travel costs. New for 2025! All bookings made at 2025 rates will receive a recording of your choice at no extra cost as a memento of the day - you could choose your aisle walk music, your favourite tune from the day, or whatever you like!

These are examples based on most wedding requirements but they can always be adapted to cover your needs, so please do get in touch to discuss. Bookings include your choice of music, video consultation call, and my assistance right up to the wedding day to help choose your music to make your day perfect for you.

If you combine two of the individual sections together, I offer 25% off the total of the two combined for a better deal. Or if you combine all three elements, it's 35% off. Alternatively if you want to build something totally unique to you, then let's have a chat and we can work it out. I am flexible, adaptable, and like to do everything to provide an inclusive bespoke service.

Ceremony

Includes welcome music for your guests, Bridal entrance music, register signing, and exit music. Your choice of pieces. 1 hour total

Your choice of pieces or songs, played tastefully during your drinks reception while guests mingle. Usually 1 to 1.5 hours total

Frequently asked questions

What styles do you play?

I am able to cover most styles, my specialism is classical piano, but I’m more than happy to play styles such as jazz, modern classical, pop, rock, or any combination of these styles. I have even played Bollywood!

What are your requirements at an event?

I require a space of 5 ft wide by 3 ft deep, in the vicinity of a electrical outlet, indoors or outdoors – I bring everything else. I will play my classy white digital piano, through a powered speaker to fill the room with beautiful piano music. My set-up and set-down times are 15-30 minutes, if not less. I will make contact with the venue ahead of the event to ensure it all goes smoothly.

How do I book?

Submit an enquiry for a no-pressure quote. If you are happy and would like to book, I provide a very brief contract document confirming all the details, and i ask for a £100 deposit to secure the date. The rest of the balance is due any time up to 2 weeks before the event date.

What if my event doesn't fit the above examples?

Not a problem, please get in touch and tell me your plans and I will come up with a personalised quote. I pride myself on my bespoke service and take great pleasure in providing the perfect service.
